- AFAmber Fisher6 days ago1.0This is hard to do because my first experience was amazing but this time was the worst. I was scheduled for the shampoo, "relaxing"massage and cut. She was late, scrubbed my head then rinsed me and sent me to the chair for my cut. No massage at all. The whole time rushing. The whole thing lasted 23 mins. I had paid and was out of there before my time was even supposed to be done. Mind you she was 5 mins late to begin with. Now my question to all of you, when you have that bad of an experience, do you still tip and how much? I did the usual 20% but am mad at myself for doing it.
