The trim was fine but they are terrible at styling hair then had the audacity to charge $188. On top of that, Alba, clearly thought I needed to steal hair products since she took them off the shelf and hid them after she saw me looking at the same product. Unless you’re looking for an unseasoned stylist that sucks at blow drying and will treat you like a thief, stay away from this place! 🤮

I walked to the counter, the phone began to ring the lady out The person on the phone on the list, I’m ok with that, two ladies walk in after me, I go to the restroom in in the bathroom long enough to pee and wash my hands when I come out they are starting the two ladies that walked in after me. They tell me that they’re just going to get them done since they came together… do I get put to the front of the line if I bring someone with me? Great service!

She didn't clean it all off and didn't remember I wanted rinsed. Told her nevermind I have to go home and change since the dust is all over my shirt. I was late for my dinner with my daughter. You guys usually do an awesome job and can see I always tip well-- not this time and it was like she didn't listen to me at all. But don't worry I'm still going to be a customer.
