Cashier said that “we are a luxury brand”🤣 and that’s why they can’t return me the difference. Well, on top of it they looked at me like it was my fault the price tag was wrong. I’ll just avoid this “luxury” place next time🫣

She came off very passive aggressive and made me feel uncomfortable.Also I was standing in line and she stared at me for a good minute before finally acknowledging me and asking if I was ready . She was a short lady ,short curly black hair and glasses ,didn’t catch her name . She said she’s been with the company over 14 years. I don’t know what good it will do writing this review but hopefully Sephora can teach their employees proper customer service.
