  All the positive points are Hair cuttery staff members greeted me right away my stylist was very kind she did a really good job on the style of my cut, but the only thing is the cut was a bit shorter then what I imagined. I wish there was a better way to understand the length, but my hair does look healthy.

  Jane was amazing! I have been here before and loved how my hair turns out each time. I am back and forth between Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and will be going here when I am in Orlando because she listens, she understands my hair and she understands the style I would like.

  Great experience. Hadn't gotten my hair cut in a couple years. Jane took great care of me and gave me some education on how to help my hair out. I bought a few products based on her recommendations. Prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be back for my next cut.

  I recently visited Hair Cuttery for a haircut, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly hellos from the entire crew. The atmosphere was welcoming and cheerful, making me feel right at home. My stylist, Karina, was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to listen to my ideas and provided valuable suggestions based on her expertise. Her attention to detail and skillful technique made the whole process enjoyable. I loved how she made me feel relaxed and valued throughout the appointment. I left the salon with a fabulous haircut and a big smile. If you’re looking for a place that combines great service with a friendly atmosphere, I highly recommend visiting Karina and the team at Hair Cuttery. I can't wait for my next appointment!

  This 5 star goes out to Kimmie and Raeanna. I booked an appointment over the phone for a cut and blow out and they set it to be at 11:30 with Carmen. I show up 2-3 mins before 11:30 and Carmen is at the desk and “checks me in”. She says someone will be over to help me shortly. I wait and wait and wait… an hour goes by. They look busy so I assumed maybe everyone had a long wait. A guy walks in the door and says he’s just a walk in. Carmen said “you came at the perfect time” and took him in. I was getting very frustrated sitting there so I went up and explained to another lady what happened. It said in their system that I was marked as a no show?? I don’t understand how Carmen could possibly make that mistake as she checked me in herself. Raeanna apologized and took me in a few mins later to start washing my hair. She ALONE basically made up for the terrible experience so far. After Raeanna washed my hair, Kimmie did my cut and blow out- she was amazing! Today marked 3 months without my Grandmother who was a hair dresser which is why I wanted a haircut in the first place (I could just feel her looking down on my dead ends). It sounds silly but the way Kimmie cut my hair reminded me so much of my Grandma. She was so precise and did a wonderful job making everything look even. Both Kimmie and Raeanna were so nice and caring and were able to put a smile on my face after whatever was going on with Carmen. In the end, for Carmen I wouldn’t even give 1 star, but for Kimmie and Raeanna I wish I could give them more then 5 stars
