My sister's and I had a fantastic deep tissue and hot stone massage that really put the icing on our week long vacay! Lauren was outstanding as well as the staff members as they pampered us and made us feel right at home. Very clean, calming and all around enjoyable experience!

I got my girlfriend a facia a few days agol and she was very unhappy with the service, and when she tried to reach out she was ignored. They said the owner would reach out the her and never did as well as she was told details about her visit that make it seem like there are cameras in the rooms where people are changing. This company seems to not care if their customers are happy only if they take your money. The review of 4.9 are obviously bots since most are from accounts with only one review. Its unfortunate that this nice place is run poorly and the services as well as customer service is subpar. Every reply seems to be on the staffs side and not the customer. Unfortunately I would not recommend this spa.

I understand that not everyone will have the best experience but how management handles issues is really what seperates the companies that care. My friend and I got a fascial together and her esthetician did not talk to her other than to say hello. There was no discussion on the treatment plan or anything. To top things off, she was on her phone typing away. My fascial went well except for the part that I was charged more in upgrades than the fascial itself without being told anything. When I called to ask they then sent me a receipt (I was not offered one at checkout and was in a rush to get my friend out since she had such a bad experience) I saw that the fascial was $105 plus the upgrades of $125 I was not told about. I find this to be very unethical. Imagine people with budgets being forced to pay more than double without being told it was extra. I was told management would call me and now a week later with no update I have decided to write this review.

Do not go here! Had the worst facial ever! Got extremely over charged! I had to listen to my tech sit there and text every time she was just have me wait for something to dry so she can finish her conversation i guess and anyone can tell the sound of someone texting in a very quite relaxing room when they have gloves on to be sanitary but yet keep picking her phone. Never again.

Services were really good (props to Lauren, for mine!),but we did not get what we'd paid for. Had reserved scalp massage & deep tissue (ea a 10 or 15-min add-on) to 50-min massages. Providers seemed to not know about those, but we told them prior to services.my service was just under 50 min total-addl cost scalp massage included, and no addl (if any at all) deep-tissue. My daughter's service was also under an hour. We were expecting, and paid for, longer and more thorough services. I had texted 1 employee prior to services due to an unanticipated possible traffic delay (ps we were on time). She answered a few texts immediately. When I texted same # later about the issue mentioned above-crickets. No contact. No reply to voicemail left at office #, either, a few days later.
Second time at this location (1st was for pedis, a while back). Really lovely staff and place. After that experience, tho--won't go back. Very disappointed.
