  I recently had a back facial with Naomie and she was absolutely wonderful! She went above and beyond and recommended individualized treatments and products. No cookie cutter facials here. My skin felt amazing when I left. The spa itself was calm, clean, organized, and welcoming. I've already booked my next spa service here.

  I really didn’t enjoy my massage here. First time I’ve ever been massaged with latex gloves on and it made my skin sore. The therapist never mentioned about using gloves and it wasn’t until I turned over than I understood why my skin kept feeling like it was being pulled and stretched - like there was not enough oil which the therapist would have known had she not had the gloves on as you can tell. I also have a latex allergy, to be fair the lady did ask if I had any allergies before starting but never in a million years did I think I needed to mention latex as I was having a massage, just as I never mentioned wasp stings. I just found it rather uncomfortable. I also found the receptionist rather rude, which is unusual when in the USA (I’m British). It’s a shame as I’m in the area multiple times per year and would have been happy to make this my new go-to. Edited to add. I mentioned to the receptionist about the gloves being used and she said to me ‘sometimes the therapist chooses to wear them, did you mentioned that it was uncomfortable’ so I would suggest an internal investigation in that case as they were most certainly used, AND it seems the receptionist was well aware.

  The treatments were great. Mimosas great too. I leave a star off because I had to ask for the steam room to be re-started after shuting off and the shower never heated up. I would also recommend larger robes and waiting area. Including the bench. It was not very deep. So instead of relaxing, you are kinda perched on the edge. But everyone was kind and treatments great!

  Wonderful!! I have been so stressed as I prepare for a marathon and badly in need of some TLC. Karina was attentive and you can tell she loves what she does! Thank you Karina as you really helped and my body feels so much better as does my mind!! You are a beautiful soul!! lol

  Amazing experience!! Last minute booking for the ‘My Getaway’ Spa package which included a massage and a facial… & I was able to get an appointment with no delay. Upon my arrival, Julia made sure that I was welcomed, relaxed, and yes, she blessed me with a Mimosa!!! FYI, come early!! The steam room is a great start to any treatment! My therapist were Karyna & Amanda.. Karyna performed my massage and Amanda, my facial. Both treatments were excellent. They took the time to listen to my concerns and suggested treatments that felt great on my skin. I am walking out totally relaxed with amazingly soft, glowing skin! Obviously, I will absolutely be back. Sooner than later. Thank you Karyna, Amanda, and Julia for making my visit amazing!!
