  Amber gave me a great cut. Fast, easy, no complaints. New location is nice. App check-in saved me from sitting around waiting. Definitely coming back.

  I'm a disabled combat Veteran. I stopped in here because i was across the parking lot at Publix. Only waited about 10 minutes so it started out good. However, the older Hispanic woman told me she would not be comfortable cutting a crew cut or a Mohawk. What kind of hair salon can't do a simple crew cut or for that matter, a Mohawk which is basically just cutting two straight lines front to back then removing all the hair from the sides. That's basic hair cuts 101. No confidence. I was underwhelmed and disappointed to say the least. I went to this place even though I had reservations. Another Great Clips had butchered my hair in the past. I thought I'd give them another shot, but I was reluctant to say the least. They just sealed their loss of business from me forever. I'll never try another Great Clips. I'm sure the cosmetologists are great people outside of the shop, but if they can't cut a simple cut like a crew cut or Mohawk, why exactly are they in the hair cut business? The picture attached is the VERY basic haircut I wanted them to cut. Nothing fancy; just a removal of hair. I'm pretty sure any hair cutting professional could cut a straight line. My hair wasn't even as long as the guy in the photo. Smh never again!
