  I first brought my older son in for a haircut with an older Hispanic stylist. She was kind, but the cut was uneven and not done properly. I had to return to have it corrected. When we went back in, she did fix it, but there were several unnecessary remarks made during the process that made the experience uncomfortable rather than helpful. Later, my 5-year-old son also got a haircut here with an older African American stylist. She was pleasant, but she would not allow me to explain how I wanted my child’s hair cut. Instead, she insisted on dictating how it would be done. As a parent, that was extremely frustrating. I specifically asked for several inches to be trimmed off. Instead, it was cut into a bob shape. When I requested additional length to be taken off, she stated she could not cut it shorter without doing a shampoo — despite already having cut the hair. The overall experience felt unnecessarily difficult and unaccommodating. Clear communication should not be a struggle when it comes to something as basic as a child’s haircut. Unfortunately, I left feeling like I would need to pay for another haircut elsewhere to correct it. I hope management takes feedback seriously, as customer experience and listening to parents’ requests should be a priority. Not having so many unnecessary comments and judgements .

  Amber did a fantastic job on my hair this morning! I asked for a two inch trim and for her to add a lot of layers and also frame my face with shorter pieces. She did exactly what I asked for and I love the results!

  Amazing barber wowww im super happy I found this Gem ,Yomaira is an extremely professional Barber,I reccomend her highly, she is fast great and im definitely returning, and reccomending her to all my friends and family, many blessings great clips thank you for such amazing haircut and great barbers

  Tiffany and Amber are wonderful as well as the other stylists. Tiffany gave a great scalp massage when I asked for a shampoo. Come and see this group they are wonderful

  I have been coming to this location ever since it opened regularly and had been a loyal customer until today. I had my hair first done by Maria… who somehow had issues following simple directions and even using a photo for reference. When I pointed out I was not pleased and asked for someone else to step in, she got upset and even argued with me- stepping into my space saying “It’s just hair.” That is unacceptable - not safe and unprofessional. The saving grace was Chelsea and the other lady backing her away from me and attempting to fix my hair. Maria is unstable, violent and needs to work elsewhere.
