  This Great Clips gives the best service ever! I've been going to see Rudy, my barber, for many years now and he always takes his time and care to give me the best haircut possible. He's a true "hair specialist". You can't go wrong at this location!

  If I could give this place and experience this time a -100, I would!! Brandy (pretty sure thats her name)she is the the manager 🤪😜🙄 She is incredibly rude, snippy, bitchy, snarky you name it that’s her!! Second time we used her and LAST!!!! The first time she was a little short with us and a little snarky, but this time is absolutely uncalled for!!! She needs to check her attitude at the door before she leaves her home for work. NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE IS PAYING FOR THAT DAMN ATTITUDE FROM HER! SHE did a really crappy job and my son’s hair this time and she cuts hair like nobody else has ever done before with a MAJOR SIDE OF ATTITUDE with her comments and her mannerisms and I can’t be bothered with you attitude! She tried to tell us she doesn’t texturize hair on top. She clearly did that last time. My son’s hair is thick on top and has that done always. She had his bangs all jacked up and crooked and too long until we had her fix them and she had a MAJOR FIT then and she said “Do you need anythimg else done?” SERIOUSLY? WHO THE HELL DID SHE THINK SHE IS TALKING TO US THAT WAY!! Finally, I had enough of her and I said I’ve had about enough of your attitude and your snarky, snippy attitude, and I’m not gonna put up with it anymore. Then she started to change her major artitude a little bit! I had bit my tongue too long! BEWARE of THIS LOCATION AND HER (SHE IS VERY UNOROFESSIONAL AND CLEARLY HATES HER JOB!) I did have a bad experience here a couple years ago with another person that had a horrible attitude also!! These people need to check their entitled behavior at the doors before they enter in THIS establishment or anywhere to work! She’s the manager and she is just awful and she should not be in management let alone cutting anybody’s hair! She did a really crappy job on my Son’s hair and we will need someone else to cut it right! She’s lucky I didn’t let her have it 100% and us walk out! I had; had enough of her talking to us that way and she’s really better be glad that I didn’t say a lot more to her than I could have!! we paid cash left no tip and she didn’t even give us a receipt! RWAL CLASS ACT THIS ONE! NOT! Corporate being notified too!
