- JVJohn VanhoutApr 9, 20261.0This place says 8 am to 8 pm but then there's a 9 am to 8 pm paper in the doors. But myself and my 3 sons showed up at 9 am stayed till 9:10am and it was a no show. So we had to travel 8 miles to get a hair cut. Ued think at 20 plus dollars for a hair cut they would be there on time. So if your looking for a haircut it's better to go somewhere else they suck.

Thankfully they take walk-ins. I wanted a pixie and "what I wanted is what I got"-- a precision cut! The cost was also very affordable! Vanessa did a phenomenal job!!! She was friendly, professional, attentive, and meticulous. I was in "happy camper" mode after I saw how great it turned out. I am EXTREMELY satisfied! I will definitely be booking a haircut there again!

I came here with my lovely husband Gerald after a nice day at the Applebee’s and wanted a trim and she had a nasty attitude as soon as i walked in.I sat down then she looked like she was LAUGHING… UNPROFESSIONAL. Because i am a strong christian I gave her grace. SHE PROCEEDED TO GIVE ME THE WORST HAIRCUT EVER!!!! I WANTED THE KATE PLUS 8 HAIRCUT NOT THE MONSTROSITY I CURRENTLY HAVE ON MY HEAD ITS SO BAD I HAVE TO WEAR A WIG WHEN I GO FOR DRINKS WITH THE GIRLIES, SHE RUINED MY ENTIRE LIFE, NEVER EVER GET A HAIRCUT FROM THE HEAVYSET BLONDE WOMAN WITH BAD CHOPPED HAIR, I DID NOT ASK TO LOOK LIKE HER. MY PASTOR WILL BE HEARING THIS.
- JCJan CampbellFeb 20, 20262.0This was my second visit to this particular Great Clips. I'm a senior citizen (82 yo) and my first visit was good. I was happy with my haircut. The second visit left me with the decision to never return. I was charged $19 and the card reading machine clearly stated "senior discount" and this was on a Thursday afternoon. I've never paid that much at a Great Clips before. Consequently I didn't leave the maximum tip, which I usually do. I was unhappy with the haircut this time also but it may have been a bad day for her. Bottom line, this person purposely overcharged me and I have nothing but contempt for that type of person and will never return to that Great Clips again.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
