  I don’t even know where to begin—Fraiche Med Spa truly gave me an experience that went far beyond beauty… it gave me life back. I traveled all the way from North Carolina just to see Dr. Nicola, and let me tell you—every mile, every dollar, every moment was worth it. I even brought my sister with me, and watching her go first and transform right before my eyes instantly put me at ease. We BOTH left feeling like the best versions of ourselves. The lift I received literally shaved years off my face. I’m not exaggerating when I say people started guessing my age way younger than I actually am. But more than that—it restored a level of confidence I didn’t even realize I had lost. I used to rely on filters… now I don’t feel like I need them at all. What makes Dr. Nicola so special is her balance of perfection and honesty. She is incredibly skilled, but also realistic—she tells you what will look good on you, not just what’s trending. That level of care matters because you walk out feeling aligned, not overdone or unsure. The entire experience was calming. I wasn’t nervous at all—just relaxed, cared for, and in good hands. Her energy is warm and inviting, and that same kindness extends to her entire staff. Everyone was thorough, professional, and genuinely welcoming. No complaints, not one. We also purchased some of her skincare products, and they’ve become a staple in our clean-face routine—we’re obsessed. At this point, I’m not letting anybody else touch my face—the work was THAT good. I’m already bringing more of my family back next, and I can’t wait for my mom to see her, especially with her Bell’s palsy. I fully trust her hands. If you’ve been thinking about doing something for yourself, let this be your sign. Stop just existing—go feel alive again. This experience changed how I see myself, and I’m beyond grateful. I did the Fraiche lift ! By the way I’ll be 40 in 2028 .. I’m still swollen I got my face done Monday April 6 and I still look AMAZING feel Amazing! Thank you 🙏

  I had such a great experience getting fillers and Botox with Dr. Archie. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and explained everything clearly, which helped calm any nerves I had. What I appreciated most was her honesty and professionalism—she didn’t try to oversell anything and instead gave thoughtful, knowledgeable recommendations that truly suited me. You can tell she really cares about her patients and achieving natural-looking results. I’m so happy with how everything turned out and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Dr. Archie to anyone considering fillers or Botox!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the best customer service experience at Fraiche Med Spa, and I can't recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Dr. Archie, Chantell, and Kaylee, who truly felt like a Godsend. Their professionalism and genuine care made me feel at ease right away. The spa itself is absolutely gorgeous and has a delightful scent that adds to the overall relaxing atmosphere. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create a serene environment. I was so blown away by the service that I will definitely be returning on a regular basis. Thank you, Fraiche Med Spa, for such an incredible experience.
