  Loved shopping here tonight. Mimi is the most helpful and knowledgeable Sephora associate I have ever met (throughout the world). And at the Sephora in the Brandon Kohls, who would’ve figured? I bought several new things, which is a rare occasion for me. In the future, I will drive 30 minutes to this Sephora instead of International Plaza, Midtown, and Hyde Park, which are all within 10 minutes of my home.

  Mimi and Yarelis were fantastic in assisting me with my beauty selection. Both were very knowledgeable on the latest trends and makeup release. Each provide background on the items they were showing me and I left with more than I intended. These girls need a raise!!! Thank you Mimi and Yarelis for all the help!

  Came to buy an eye cream and the girl sold me on Olehenriksens for 46 bucks. When I was walking out the store saw a value set with the eye cream moisturizer and truth serum for the same price. I used my beauty rewards and even though it was less than a minute later could not swap for the same price. I was visibly upset and Layla the sales associate stated there was nothing she could do. So I paid the extra 10 dollars thinking if I called corporate they could refund my 500 points. Unfortunately spoke with Andre and they could not help me either. This is more about the principle. This world is so messed up already and they stole from me at the end of the day. Karma is all I’m gonna say. I will never go back to this location.

  Sephora inside of Kohl’s was next level. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely willing to help. Prices were affordable, and the overall experience was easy and enjoyable. I will definitely be returning.
