- TSTara SteeleJan 3, 20261.0Came to buy an eye cream and the girl sold me on Olehenriksens for 46 bucks. When I was walking out the store saw a value set with the eye cream moisturizer and truth serum for the same price. I used my beauty rewards and even though it was less than a minute later could not swap for the same price. I was visibly upset and Layla the sales associate stated there was nothing she could do. So I paid the extra 10 dollars thinking if I called corporate they could refund my 500 points. Unfortunately spoke with Andre and they could not help me either. This is more about the principle. This world is so messed up already and they stole from me at the end of the day. Karma is all I’m gonna say. I will never go back to this location.

As soon as I arrived she greeted me and when I told her I had called so already had it ready. She was very pleasant and great conversation. Will go to again for anything I may need from a Sephora.

Ivelisse and Mel were both so patient and kind with me and also extremely knowledgeable about the products. I truly enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back!
