  I am writing this review with full intention and enthusiasm because Sydney is the type of employee every company hopes to find — and even more importantly, hopes to keep. Sydney is an absolute asset. From my very first visit to Sephora, Sydney completely transformed what could have been an intimidating experience into one that felt supportive, educational, and genuinely enjoyable. As someone newer to makeup, I expected to feel out of place, but Sydney immediately created a space where I felt comfortable asking questions and exploring products without hesitation. Her kindness is natural, her patience is remarkable, and her desire to help is unmistakably authentic. Sydney doesn’t just provide service — she creates lasting relationships. She listens with intention, remembers preferences, and offers thoughtful, personalized recommendations that build trust. Because of Sydney, I have made purchases with confidence, expanded my comfort zone, and returned to the store specifically knowing I would receive exceptional guidance. That level of influence is not ordinary; it is the mark of someone who drives both customer loyalty and business growth.   I’ve come to this Sephora many many times specifically for Sydney and she never fails to impress me with her knowledge and make me feel taken care of and beautiful. She’s not only helpful when it comes to products, but she is extremely knowledgeable about the store/company itself. She shared her goal of working her way up within Sephora a couple days ago and I wanted to share that I have no doubt she will achieve that and more. This store has an amazing young lady with a good head on her shoulders and I hope they realize that. This locations team is filled with some of the sweetest and talented individuals. The short young lady with the beautiful long straight hair is also always very attentive. I’ll take the hour drive to this location any day.

  I had the best customer service experience in any Sephora I’ve been in with Susie/Suzie (sorry I forget the spelling). Super helpful and knowledgeable with fragrance recommendations! Everyone is friendly and attentive when I come to this location.
