    I have been shopping at this location for 6+ years now. Most of the time I am helped and provided great customer service. Every now and then I’ve come across an employee or two who seemed stuck-up and not helpful but they aren’t usually around long. This review is to give Chris his flowers because he deserves praise. I scheduled two makeup appointments for two separate events and he was nothing but professional, kind, listened to me and had me walking out the store feeling amazing. Yes, I said feeling amazing. Makeup was stunning but it was more about how Chris made me feel. He knows his makeup and needed no guidance or direction besides an inspiration pic. It’s clear he is looked to for advice and guidance because even while he did my makeup application, he answered questions when approached without skipping a beat. He’s amazing and I appreciate his service.

    Lois is great! I had a small issue in store and she fixed it immediately and went above and beyond! Thank you so much Lois! Also another associate helped me with a foundation sample for my birthday so thank you as well:)

    i had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. i came in looking for the topicals slick salve, topicals eye patches, and rhode toner milk. after circling the skincare aisles multiple times in search of the topicals section, i noticed several associates nearby engaged in conversation but none offered assistance, despite making eye contact. when i reached the register, the cashier who was kind and attentive asked if anyone had helped me. when i said no, she informed me that the topicals display was located right beside the register. unfortunately, by that point, my transaction was already complete. while i appreciated the cashier’s professionalism, the overall lack of attentiveness from the sales floor staff made for a frustrating and disappointing experience. i hope this feedback encourages better customer engagement moving forward.

    I had a horrible experience this past week in the Sephora at Brandon mall. Visited the store the week before. Purchase $200 worth of merchandise. As usual at this location , most items were not organized and had to dig to possibly find the color I am looking for. After digging I purchased Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer in color maple, as well as other items. Got home, and realized that I grabbed the dewy formula not matte. Boxes look exactly the same and as previously mentioned, it was a disorganized mess. I love Sephora’s return policy and thought I will simply exchange it for the matte formula. Visited the store, Sydney with an attitude as if I was bothering her, found the correct version of the tinted moisturizer. Began ringing up the exchange when she asked me if I wanted to use my available points for $10 off my order. I explained it’s an even exchange. She told me since I had used points for $10 off my order previously I actually owed $3.50 for the exchange. This makes no sense I tried to explain. It’s the same product, in identical packaging. One is dewy and one is matte. She was rude, condescending and dismissive of me when she informed me it’s a different product. Therefore I would have to pay. I asked for a manager. Kailtyn came over at which point Sydney said she (meaning me) wants an override. She doesn’t want to pay the $3.50. What!?!? I explained I grabbed the dewy formula and I need the matte. I shared that the packaging is identical and it’s the same product. Kaitlyn was rude, rolled her eyes. I said ok, think about this. Let’s use some common sense. I asked if there was a manager I could speak with and she got snotty with me telling me she is the manager. OK. I realized I was dealing with two young people who dont understand what service is. The snickered, argued , made comments and were snotty to me. I asked to be refunded since common sense could not be used and I went across the street to Ulta. The product was organized, in the correct spot and I had no issues. Just want to share. You lost a customer today over $3.50. I spend hundreds of dollars in Sephora each year. From now on, I will go elsewhere. Interestingly, I called Sephora corp and they advised to write this review as a way to let upper management know about my experience. Seems like they didn’t have the ability to reach out to someone in leadership either.

    They over charge me twice already I should if have to pay just the late fee but more money ontop of the late fee never seen something like that ever. Will not be going there ever again. So ridiculous just for purchasing one thing. It not my fault they don't withdraw the payment on time!
