We're proud to say that over 35% of our products are naked (packaging-free) and most of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable materials. From the iconic bath bomb to body butters, vegan haircare, fresh face masks, and more—Lush is your one stop shop for ethical, fun, and fabulous products. Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. As guests on this land, we act to repair past harm in allyship with Indigenous People everywhere.

Jenna is funny, knowledgeable, especially when it comes to scent notes, and she always knows exactly what I’ll love. She introduces me to new products every single time I visit. She listens, she remembers preferences, and she makes the whole experience feel personal instead of transactional. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping you find the right fit, not just selling you something. I only figured out her name because one of her coworkers had called her name. I’ve been in before and never had a bad experience before then.

She was fantastic and even showed us some samples of different products which we also bought. Literally decided to walk into Lush cuz I was bored before my shift and I walked out with two items. Ivy was so patient with me, she took the time to just hear me out about what I looking for and she was all around the best employee working that shift. (Props to whoever hired her cuz y'all ate with hiring her 😛) She also helped me out with signing up for Lush emails and everything! She's literally such an amazing sales associate on top of everything. (Also shout out to the girl with the Yoimiya pin who helped me check out, you were also amazing)
