  Went to get my hair colored and paid more than I've ever paid in my life. I asked her not to blow dry, but she insisted and charged $40. I didn't ask for gloss...most stylist put a leave-in after color. I was charged $20. I specifically asked that blonde be the predominant highlight, but didn't get that. Took so long to do my hair, she had to wash half my head, but then didn't leave the rest on long enough. Another person rang me up and it was around $250, then my stylist insisted on adding more to the bill. Paid over $300 for foils (no roots or cut) and A very frustrating day!

  Viktoriya colored, highlighted, cut, and styled my hair. She is professional, courteous, friendly, and made me feel comfortable and at home. She often checked to make sure I was still comfortable and let me know what she was doing each step of the way. I didn't know what to choose and she took the time to help me find the best color and highlights that suited my hair and original color the best. The world is looking less gray and more sun-kissed thanks to her efforts. Felt more than new, felt joy and excitement with a new look and swagger. This is the best experience I have had with a hairstylist where she helped me understand what she was doing each step of the process and performed beautifully with exceptional skill and results. Very pleased with Viktoriya's fantastic work and world class service!

  Update… Hey JCPenney i called the number you gave me and customer service had no interest and told me they could do nothing for me... Thanks! $300 down the drain. I should really fight for a refund! Not only is the color wrong I asked for layers starting under my cheek bones and she gave me BANGS. Yes, short bangs. I hate bangs. They look awful. And the rest of my layers look like my 6 year old cut my hair. I'm sick to my stomach over how much time and money I spent and how awful it looks.

  Worst experience ever. I generally don’t leave reviews specially bad reviews, but today’s experience at this salon with the hair stylist Kim deserves a shot-out. The stylist Kim claims to be a master hair stylist, did absolute trauma to my hair. I booked online for a price that shows both Haircut and Blowdry all inclusive.She then sees my hair length, starts cutting my hair which took her forever. After a while, when it was time to blow dry, she started showing drama saying this is long length hair I will charge you double of what you booked online. She couldn’t show me any reference in the website that would support her claims. I have no problem paying what she asked , but she should have showed me where in website it shows the price she claims and of course, before touching my hair. I would NOT RECOMMEND this facility to anyone, specially hair stylist Kim.

  AJ is amazing! I did full highlights this session with her. She did one inch sections, wedged and sliced (I think) was the term she used. Turned out great! Highly recommend AJ for any hair needs and look forward to my next visit with her.
