She’s careless and doesn’t seem to pay attention to what she’s doing. When I got home my wife said my hair looked very patchy and wasn’t tapered properly. I thought it looked odd in the chair but didn’t have my glasses plus it was a little wet. Luckily it will grow back quickly. I never saw this person there before. The usual ones that cut my hair weren’t there. Hopefully they still work there otherwise I’ll have to look for a different place.

I've never had a issue with any of the employees here, their all very welcoming and they do a great job. My problem this time was the stylist Lilly, added a tip without my permission. I approved the amount on the screen and was waiting to select tip when she printed the receipt it showed she charged me $5 for a tip. I never gave consent for that. I always tip when I goto the salon, but why did she take it upon herself to add a tip without my consent. This makes me feel very uneasy and I'll for sure be checking my receipts when I check out.
