  Disgusting unprofessional behavior from the heavyset blonde woman !!!!! I came here with my lovely husband Gerald after a nice day at the Applebee’s and wanted a trim and she had a nasty attitude as soon as i walked in.I sat down then she looked like she was LAUGHING… UNPROFESSIONAL. Because i am a strong christian I gave her grace. SHE PROCEEDED TO GIVE ME THE WORST HAIRCUT EVER!!!! I WANTED THE KATE PLUS 8 HAIRCUT NOT THE MONSTROSITY I CURRENTLY HAVE ON MY HEAD ITS SO BAD I HAVE TO WEAR A WIG WHEN I GO FOR DRINKS WITH THE GIRLIES, SHE RUINED MY ENTIRE LIFE, NEVER EVER GET A HAIRCUT FROM THE HEAVYSET BLONDE WOMAN WITH BAD CHOPPED HAIR, I DID NOT ASK TO LOOK LIKE HER. MY PASTOR WILL BE HEARING THIS.

  This was my second visit to this particular Great Clips. I'm a senior citizen (82 yo) and my first visit was good. I was happy with my haircut. The second visit left me with the decision to never return. I was charged $19 and the card reading machine clearly stated "senior discount" and this was on a Thursday afternoon. I've never paid that much at a Great Clips before. Consequently I didn't leave the maximum tip, which I usually do. I was unhappy with the haircut this time also but it may have been a bad day for her. Bottom line, this person purposely overcharged me and I have nothing but contempt for that type of person and will never return to that Great Clips again.

  I dont usually leave reviews but I’m annoyed enough that I felt the need to. We walked in today for my son to get a hair cut. He wanted a “modern mullet” nothing crazy and could have essentially gotten a regular boy cut with the fade around the ears because that’s all he really cared about. So I didn’t have the need or expectations for perfection. He’s 9. As long as he’s happy I’m happy. Moving forward- I do not know if the lady I spoke to that ushered us quickly to a chair heard me when I said the word mullet. I do not know if she could see properly when I showed her the reference photo. Or maybe she simply didn’t think it was a good haircut and decided to do the one she wanted. Maybe the buzzer was too loud when I said to my son “she’s only going to shave the sides” and then proceeded to run it all the way up the back of his head. I do know it stopped when I ask her not to remove anymore off the top when all of his hair was gone except maybe two inches with faded sides all around. I don’t know if I should have spoke sooner and not trusted the process, or if she should have actually taken the time to confirm what we were talking about since clearly there was a problem in the verbal and visual exchange. I didn’t make a big fuss because I don’t want my son going to school feeling uncomfortable with his new haircut. There’s no going back now. Just wait for it to grow back. Two stars because everyone was polite and kind. But I don’t know if I have ever been quite so frustrated at the miscommunication of a hair cut.

  This is my favorite place for a hair cut. I've gone here for a number of years and always get good service with a friendly staff.
