However, after the salon continued to call me three times after I cancelled my appointment, after I explained why in an email, and said I would not be rescheduling, I have changed my mind. The stylist did a good job, but there were a couple things I didn't care for in a salon. She took way too long to cut my hair( my hair is short-there is not much of it ) and I did not like that she left me to consult with another client, so more waiting. A trainee blew dry my hair and sadly she did not seem to know what she was doing. I respect that that is how the salon operates, but that is not the hair cutting experience I want. I explained this to them. Now- PLEASE stop calling me!

She has gotten me back to almost my old self after a major faux-pas elsewhere! WOW! I am so pleased. I highly recommend Marsha especially to anyone with a real mess-up. My hair has finally found a home! The staff are great. Another kudo to Toni. She did a great job on my nails.
