Wrong, one lady got done cutting someone’s hair & instead of immediately taking the next one in line, decided to clean up around the shop. Horrible customer service. Also, with 3 people sitting, waiting, the 2 ladies working didn’t seem to have any sense of urgency. I’ll never come back to great clips, the Cortez location is horrible as well. Bye Felicia.

Didn’t address us until she looked at appts and says to us are you waiting for me? I said, yes. She says to us, well I’m going to lunch. We were sitting there waiting. My disabled father is in wheelchair with dementia. Clearly, no respect for that. We will not be back.
