I come here occasionally for the convenience but the repeated bad haircuts on my son have been enough to convince me to drive further for better service. Most recently I took my son to get a haircut, nothing extravagant, just a simple boy's haircut. Carol did it and seemed annoyed the entire time. She spent barely 5 minutes and it looked awful. I asked to even out around the areas that were choppy, each time she missed a few spots and seemed very annoyed. It did seem like she probably couldn't see properly. We were already deep into the haircut so I could not just leave and go somewhere else. By the 4th time she was "done" I had given up because her bad attitude was not helping the bad haircut. I paid and hoped for the best. After washing my son's hair and sending him to school I was surprised how bad it still was! A parent asked if I tried cutting it myself (because of how uneven it was). How embarrassing. I went back and asked for someone else to fix the choppy areas and the uneven lines and Carol came and told the stylist "Good Luck" loudly. How rude! I shouldn't have paid for that haircut yesterday. I will NOT being going back to that location again. The other two stylists were kind and accommodating, and maybe I would give them another shot, but Carol's negative energy is enough to keep us away! Beware!!!
