- EEEmilyMar 25, 20265.0I went in and everyone greeted me at the door and was super welcoming. I needed a shade match and help with a product. The beauty advisor was so sweet and took her time to match me. She even gave me advice on layering the cream foundation with the powdered foundation on top. She was amazing, the products matched perfectly, and her tip worked great!

She made the entire process enjoyable. I received so many compliments throughout the night. Truly a five‑star experience! Highly recommended!

I do not want to disclose his full first name however it starts with a W. My friends and family members have ALSO noticed the disgusting looks he gives me and other customers. Not only the looks but he has an attitude EVERY time I come in. I never want to ask him any question because he is SO RUDE. I have observed his encounters with other customers and I never want to have to ask him a question. ANOTHER THING, when I walk into the store, he is often standing at the entrance with another lady and he REFUSES to greet customers, the lady he is with will usually greet the customer.

I will walk around and watch them greet other customers & help them & I can’t help but to think the employees here are racist. This is the only sephora I encounter this in & it’s been 5+ times. If it wasn’t the closest location to me I would never step foot in it. Train your employees to not be discriminatory.

I ordered online, I received my package with one item missing and on top of that the one I received was OPENED. i reordered the same thing for same day delivery.. welp, they did not deliver it on the same day.. I’m still waiting. SMH just go to a different store location, not this one. Sooooo unprofessional
