  Eniko is my hair stylist and she is terrific, she makes sure that I am 100% happy with my haircut, and communicates with me throughout the whole process to make sure she is giving me the exact haircut that I asked for, she is the main reason I go there. One request I have is that everyone should have a clean cape, instead of getting the one used by a prior customer.

  I’ve been bringing my two youngest boys to this location every couple of months for almost 6 years. We’ve never encountered any issues; that was until yesterday. We arrived and signed them in without issue; one stylist took one child and the second stylist took the other. The one stylist, Mark, asked a few questions about length all of which I told him was fine and I gave them their space to work. Mark then asked me to check it out to see if everything was ok. I walked up to the chair and was floored by what I saw. Just completely straight chopped layers on the back of my son’s head. I politely asked if he could blend it out a bit more. He asked like a fade? I said yes, use the machine if you need. I then gave him space to work again and by then the other stylist who was the manger, Emily, finished with my other son and did a great job. Mark then asked that I check again and it was practically the same issue just completely messed up. I again asked politely to blend it out at which point Mark got extremely frustrated and said “well ma’am what do you want?!” I explained again and showed my other sons cut for reference to which Mark responded by mocking me. At that point I did firmly tell him not to mock me and that I was simply responding to his question. He then cut me off and kept yelling at me to calm down. I did tell him not to speak to me that way and asked the manager to please fix my son’s hair. Mark kept going with his comments even after the manager told him several times to walk away and go into the back. Once he finally went back and the manager did what she could to fix his hair, I saw that my son’s shirt was completely soaked. He said Mark repeatedly sprayed him in the face. At that point I was furious and just wanted to leave; I paid and left but I called later and asked for a refund. I do appreciate that the manager handled it as best she could and she did apologize and refunded his service but they’ve lost our business going forward. All of these pictures are AFTER the manager attempted to fix it. The stylists at this location have been a hit or miss for years and for the most part we’ve dealt with it; but this, specifically Marks behavior, was the last straw.
