I have been coming here for over 5 years. So Elizabeth no longer works with this company anymore so they scheduled me with someone else. Going in I was nervous, it is hard to trust a new stylist when I was with the same one for so long. And I should of listened to my gut feeling because my hair cut is unacceptable. My hair is not even at all. I did ask for layers cause that’s how my hair normally is, but what she gave me is not layers. I ashamed to walk around with my hair down because it looks like a child did it. When I left the salon the day, I couldn’t tell it looked like this because it was still wet. But now, WOW. She should not have a license if this is how someone’s hair is going to look. I usually have nothing bad to say, but I had to put this out. I will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out.
