Choppy, uneven and not what was asked for...for either of them so I am assuming that she didn't know what the cut was, even with a photo shown. I wish I checked them both better when I was there but honestly, I wouldn't have trusted them to fix it. A week later and I am finding more and more wonky pieces of hair. Good thing is, hair grows back and we won't be back for another cut.

I was happy at the end of my service I wanted to cry Thank you Roslyn for all you did. You helped me through the entire process. My husband could not believe the change again from the bottom of my heart thank you.
