When I arrived, the employee told me there were two walk-in clients ahead of me, neither of which had started their service. So instead of taking me, she took the two walk-ins, one herself and the other employee took the other. What is the point of checking in on line if, when you arrive, they take walk-ins ahead of you? This is a blatant disregard of what is written in the FAQ section of their website. The girl kept repeating a non sensical explanation for what she was doing and refused to listen to reason. I will never go back and I strongly advise not to go to the Boynton Plaza location if you want to be treated fairly and with respect.

The first thing she did was cut off too much to salvage. Besides that, the cut she gave me is also ragged and uneven. I cringe every time I look in the mirror. I'd happily pay twice as much if that could magically undo everything she did.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
