  Wow.. wow… and wow! I have been to Sephora’s all across this country and none of them come close to comparing with this PREMIERE Sephora location! From the second we walked in we were treated like VIP customers. My Mum was here to get her 80th birthday gift from Sephora and we could not have been more impressed with the patience, kindness, expertise and guidance we were given by a super star employee named Amy Lucas. Customer service is a vital skillset and this young woman is truly gifted in making people feel genuinely cared about. She took her time to answer our questions and guided us to the products that best suited both of our needs. I completely understand why this location has such high ratings online because they have truly mastered the art of caring about people. I am deeply appreciative to Amy Lucas for making my Mum’s birthday so wonderful. Kindness like that is truly a priceless gift.

  "My first visit to this location was such a wonderful experience, all thanks to Camila! She was incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and just so friendly. I was originally only planning to browse, but her amazing energy and the way she welcomed me made me want to walk away with something special. She introduced me to some fantastic new products and truly made my day. We definitely need more Camilas in the world! I’m leaving so happy and satisfied, and I will absolutely be back to see her again."

  I’ve been shopping at Sephora for over 10 years, and honestly, most of the time the staff would just answer my questions but didn’t really help much beyond that. It might also be because I don’t always express myself very well. But two weeks ago, I met Amy, and she was amazing. She was super patient and really took the time to help me find the right products. She let me try a lot of different foundations and explained everything clearly, without rushing me at all. In the end, she helped me find a foundation that actually works really well for me. She also recommended a few other products that I’ve been using for the past two weeks, and I’m honestly very happy with everything. I even recommended them to my sister, and she loves them too. Just wanted to say thank you to Amy, she made such a big difference in my shopping experience!
