  Today I was at the store and Julie and Angie helped me, I had an amazing experience, this is the best Sephora store I ever been at.

  Extremely disappointed in this location. The associates are rude and dismissive. I had said “excuse me” with a smile to one of the associates and she responded “I am in the middle of something”. This associate was not standing with or near another customer, nor was she restocking product. She was just standing in the aisle by herself and did not appear to be occupied whatsoever, or of course I never would have said “excuse me” as (of course it is a given) that it would be rude to interrupt. Even if she was truly in the middle of something, I would have preferred a response along the lines of “I am in the middle of something, but X can help you” and point me in the direction of another associate. During the rest of my shopping, she appeared to eye me and appear to be watching me along with 2 of the other associates who I observed her have conservation with after. I felt extremely awkward and uncomfortable. Aside from the service, I was disappointed by the amount of products that were available for several brands. I was looking forward to trying out products from Natasha Denona and Danessa Myricks, but the amount of products were underwhelming. Not shades, but products itself. I went yesterday but if I recall correctly, the only product of Natasha Denona was foundation. Some of the makeup displays appeared unkept, but that might have been understandable as I was in store around 10:30 and the store opened at 10 AM, so given the benefit of the doubt perhaps the displays were not yet attended to. Typically I attend the Sephora in the Town Center mall and I am a Rouge member so I shop at Sephora quite frequently, but this was my first time at this location on Glades and I am very disappointed by this Sephora location.

  I went to Sephora to buy some products. The store is bright and cheerful. The help there is great.

  Azar was absolutely wonderful! She patiently helped me find the perfect concealer, and by the end, I walked out with a skin tint along with face masks. She took the time to explain options, shared great application tips, and even showed me how everything looked on my skin tone. Azar was super informative, genuinely kind, and had such a fun, funny personality that made the whole experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back to this store just to see her again!

  I’m not much of a Sephora shopper but I like the size of this store. Not overwhelming and plenty to choose from. I had to return something and the process was easy. Hope to be back soon to check out other things they offer and get a good look around. Overall pleased with this location!
