  I went in for mascara and liner. I was not greeted or asked of i needed help. We were in the store maybe 7-10 min the sales agent came and closed the drawer with my hand partially in. She took the items and said its policy that the customer they hold items behind the counter. I wanted to buy more but I felt very uncomfortable I went and purchased the rest from the Macys Mac counter

  This MAC had very pushy and passive aggressive customer service. The lady who helped me made me feel like I HAD to buy what I was trying out. She had me sit down, and showed me the techniques that she used, which was helpful. However, when she finished, I told her I wasn’t sure if I was going to buy it. I don’t know about others, but I like to think about the products I’m going to buy before I commit to the purchase. I don’t like buying on a whim. She made me feel like I HAD to buy it because I told her that I “liked it”. I would have liked to browse more products, but the experience made me feel uncomfortable. She made it apparent that she was a bit annoyed after helping and I didn’t want to deal with that.

  I love Lacey she’s so kind and helpful always and Natasha I believe was also very nice this is my favorite location Lacey always goes above and beyond I come all the way here just for her !
