We had a terrible experience from start to finish. I was overcharged for my daughter’s haircut and was not given the promotional discount that was supposed to apply. To make matters worse, the person in charge was extremely unprofessional. It took more than 20 minutes just to process the payment, and throughout the interaction he was extremely disrespectful and unpleasant. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I am extremely dissatisfied. Horrible, horrible service.
