  I am so upset had a perm on March 9, 2026 curl did not take on top. Called same day and left a message they called me back Wednesday said no problem we will re do the top. Went in was told I would not do it so I didn’t. Was told I will make your file and extend redo. Called today and I am told they don’t recommend doing it but they will if I want but will be charged full price. Plus when the girl was checking it she checked the same roller every time and never checked the top. I switched from salon edge for Marcus.. now not impressed at all very disappointed.

  Gigi was an absouw pleasure to be with, she was sweet, kind, caring and best of all amazing with hair and the transformation. I came in unsure of what I really wanted but I gave her ideas and she did her thing!! Very happy and feel so much more confident with my hair!! Thank you so much again Gigi and will definitely be coming back to Gramercy Salon!!!

  I can’t recommend this salon enough! Melanie is so kind and makes everything smooth and easy!! Victoria does an amazing job every single time, I always leave so happy with my hair! She listens to exactly what you want and is so attentive to every detail, which makes such a difference! Will forever recommend this salon!

  Allyson did a beautiful job on my daughter’s cut and color — fashion colors like neapolitan ice cream — she took her time, worked with precision, and taught my daughter how to maintain her color. Great staff at salon too, very clean, everyone was so nice! Special thanks to Marissa who also works at Gramercy and put us in touch with Allyson! Such a great experience. 🩷🤎🤍

  Went for there a color/cut today. Loved what the stylist did and thats when things started to unravel. Checked out. Started driving home. Got a phone call saying they undercharged me by $58. No problem. Heres a credit card number. Got another call hours later saying they overcharged me by $100. No manager or owner on site for a couple days so now I wait for a resolution. No hairstyle should be this much hassle To the person responding- I spoke with someone at the salon prior to posting this review. They needed a manager who would not be available until Monday to process the refund. They needed someone’s permission resolve their gross incompetence. I asked for a call back. Im still waiting.
