- GAGrace AFeb 14, 20265.0I literally just had my first real amazing make up experience out of Sephora in my life. This is the third time that I have had my makeup done at Sephora, where I am actually happy with how my makeup was done and I am not running home to find ways how to fix it myself. The first time I had my makeup done out of Sephora they didn’t set it well so my makeup was pretty much gone within the first two hours. The second time my makeup was done it didn’t look right. She did not do a real consultation and when I was asked questions, the makeup artist would do whatever she wanted because she thought it was better than what I wanted. I literally wanted to cry when she was done, take it all off and do it myself. Emilie at Sephora at University Commons is a TRUE ARTIST. She had the most thorough and professional makeup consultation I had ever had at any Sephora. She listened to my needs and wants. She had regular check-ins and made sure I was happy, and I AM! She did such an amazing job! I think I found my new makeup artist for keeps!
- VVvictoriaJan 21, 20265.0Even though on the map it shows as a different building (as of January 2026), it does exist. It's fairly new as of late 2025 and is quite small. Doesn't have any selection for M.A.C. products but has about majority of main stuff. Go to town centers Sephora if you want a bigger store and more options. Employees here are nice and helped me find my shade and what to take care of on my skin, free of charge. Took some pictures of products I liked, if that helps anyone.
- ZMZoë MenetrierDec 2, 20255.0We had such a great experience at this Sephora! Kimberly was amazing!! Super knowledgeable about skincare and makeup, and just a delight to chat with. Funny story… There was actually a power outage while we were there, so we ended up waiting outside for a bit and turning it into a bit of an adventure. Even though we drove an hour to get to this location and there are definitely closer Sephoras to us it was totally worth it. Kimberly and the store manager left such a great impression that we’ll happily make the trek back next time we need anything from Sephora.
