If I haven’t shopped there for a year, which could be, and the company is going to take all the hundreds and hundreds of points accumulated, why would they not notify that customer? I spend a lot of money there, and yes, the majority is once a year. So all of my saved points are gone? This is why places go out of business; they do not honor loyal and good customers. I will now go to Ulta.

When I asked one associate, she simply passed me off to another. The second associate only pointed me to the brand’s section but did not make any effort to help me find the exact item I needed. The interaction felt dismissive, as if they didn’t want to help. Unfortunately, I left without the product I was looking for and not satisfied with the customer service.
