Saphora used to be great you could get great advice and they would have you try products. lately no staff or uninterested and staff that doesn't know anything. prices are high so you expect service. I bought shampoo there I asked them for one I saw on line and they just said they didn't have hit and then kept talking to each other. then I asked what do you recommend and they said Living Proof, it was expensive and made my hair flat heavy. I won't go to the Sephora on Glades maybe another one instead

Boyfriend and I came in last night to kill some time as a had an appointment at apple. I enjoy looking at the different products and took some time walking around and talking with my boyfriend. I came to some lotions that I’ve been looking at online and was looking at the different scent options when I noticed an older lady with blonde hair standing over me which is fine she’s probably just seeing if I need help. She then starts talking about her favorite scents and we have a quick conversation about the products. I continue looking at what’s in stock and out of the corner of my eye she is still hovering behind me just watching us. Made me extremely uncomfortable. Then she touches my purse asking what my charms meant. (Some fish my mother gave me) and then says I know it’s a thing with Jesus but I’m Jewish. My boyfriend and I are now extremely uncomfortable because we just came in to kill some time not talk about religion. She proceeded multiple times to ask the same question about why Christians relate Jesus to fish. After some time she finally left us alone, I walked around a bit more and purchased an eye cream. I don’t know if this is her trying to prevent stealing as I had a large laptop bag, but it was very weird and off putting and a terrible way to get people to buy products. I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time.

Absolutely bad customer service. I was In the store 10 minutes to 8 and we asked the employee if they had Mac and than asked her about salt and stone body wash that my boyfriend would’ve bought but the service was so bad that we won’t go back in the store.

I cannot recommend Amanda enough. From the moment I walked in she greeted me was very kind and sweet. She helped me find the perfect foundation for my type of face. She was very knowledgeable. I am so glad that I got the perfect match. Thank you again Amanda. Hope to see you again soon.

I see why this place has 3.9 stars out of five. Ghazal was way too eager to approach my friend and I at the door while we were shopping the sale table and didnt guest assist anyone else while we were there. There was then an associate that still had a walkie and name tag on getting kissed on by some guy with sunglasses on. The cherry on top was someone named “Annie” (older white lady that had her faded ombré hair in a top bun) brushed by us briskly while on her phone on the floor as she rushed to the employee door. I then asked Ruth (probably the only competent employee you have working at this location) who she was. Ruth apologized on the employees behalf and gave us a small fragrance sample which was a nice gesture. We got into the checkout lane to make our purchases when 2 employees were up front. As we waited, one employee with a long dark ponytail then decided as the line was growing that it was a good idea to start cleaning up the cashwrap right then and there? A third employee came out from the backroom and up to registers and was still just chatting as we stood in line waiting to checkout. Needless to say, my friend and I both left without making a purchase. If you want a good Sephora experience, take an extra 5 minutes and drive to the other Sephora and shop with Leslie and team. What a joke this location is.
