  I see why this place has 3.9 stars out of five. Ghazal was way too eager to approach my friend and I at the door while we were shopping the sale table and didnt guest assist anyone else while we were there. There was then an associate that still had a walkie and name tag on getting kissed on by some guy with sunglasses on. The cherry on top was someone named “Annie” (older white lady that had her faded ombré hair in a top bun) brushed by us briskly while on her phone on the floor as she rushed to the employee door. I then asked Ruth (probably the only competent employee you have working at this location) who she was. Ruth apologized on the employees behalf and gave us a small fragrance sample which was a nice gesture. We got into the checkout lane to make our purchases when 2 employees were up front. As we waited, one employee with a long dark ponytail then decided as the line was growing that it was a good idea to start cleaning up the cashwrap right then and there? A third employee came out from the backroom and up to registers and was still just chatting as we stood in line waiting to checkout. Needless to say, my friend and I both left without making a purchase. If you want a good Sephora experience, take an extra 5 minutes and drive to the other Sephora and shop with Leslie and team. What a joke this location is.

  I wasn’t going to leave a review, but after multiple awful experiences at this location, I feel like people should know what to expect. On a previous visit, I was looking at the Rhode lip glosses while an employee was restocking. I stepped away so I wouldn’t be in her way. When I came back and politely said, “Excuse me, do you mind if I look at this for a second?” she slammed the drawer shut and rolled her eyes at me. That alone was extremely disrespectful.Today was even worse. I was in the perfume section and could not find an employee anywhere. After waiting and looking around, I walked toward the front of the store and asked an older woman with short hair if she could help me get a perfume. She immediately said no in an aggressive tone and told me to go find someone from the perfume section. When I told her there was no one there, she smirked and insisted there was, then dismissed me. She was not helping anyone and had been scrolling on her phone the whole time. Eventually, another employee helped me and was very kind. Right after that, the older employee came over and repeatedly stared at me, which felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. Refusing to help customers, being on a phone instead of working, and treating people this way is unacceptable. Customer service at this location is consistently rude and unwelcoming. I would not recommend shopping here if you expect basic respect or assistance

  I had a great experience at Sephora thanks to Sophia. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the products, and guided me to exactly what I needed. Wonderful customer service!

  Every single time I walk into that store there is a manager standing at the entrance screaming, commanding or being loud and rude to one of the employees, I know retail is hard and quotas must be met but I used to work at this mall as a manager and one of the things I used to repeat to the employees was to never have private conversations in front of customers! When I come into Sephora shopping I expect to feel relaxed but they kill my vibe every single time because I just feel bad for the employees getting yelled at.
