    I absolutely love this store and all the women that work in it! They are always very helpful, know me and my 2 year old by name and if she’s not with me they always ask how she is. I’m personally shocked by some of the other reviews on here because all I have ever experienced was exceptional customer service and a smile.

    I’m not sure if they got new employees, because I’ve always had a good experience here. But for some reason, today 07/02/19 the ladies working at the floor were extremely rude and uninterested in helping me out. They kept gossiping about customers who were shopping from certain Hair salons. They seriously need some customer service training.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
