I absolutely hate needles but she was so calming and informative throughout the entire process! Explained everything, let me see the marked area before she pierced, and showed me and explained entire aftercare! I love that they hire nurses and healthcare professionals to pierce too!

I had a late appointment and was highly recommended by this place but was disappointed as soon as I walked in the lady with the cover on her head named Tabby was rude and impatient saying she is behind schedule, I didn’t end up getting my baby ears pierced because I didn’t have a vaccine card on me.. I drove and hour away and had to deal with her terrible service and ridiculous that I couldn’t get my baby ear pierced.
