- KWkai williamsNov 16, 20255.0ANDREA IS THE BEST. i came in as a walk in and wanted to just see what i had the ear anatomy for being that i was thinking about getting a new piercing. i was met with andrea and she was so reassuring and kind the whole time. i am terrified of needles and i literally was so calm in her hands and it barely hurt. she was so helpful with letting me see ALL of the jewelry up close. i will probably be back and specifically ask for her! i’m so satisfied with my new conch.

I paid a fairly high price expecting at least medical-grade steel, but within a month the earring turned black and caused an ear infection. As soon as I replaced it, my ear started healing right away. Also, a disinfectant spray was added to my checkout without my knowledge, which felt a bit pushy. Overall, lovely staff and atmosphere, but the product quality was really disappointing.
