They take the time to help, answer questions, and give great recommendations without ever being pushy. The store smells great, the products are high quality, and the positive energy from the team makes me want to come back every time. Highly recommend!

Sasha knew I needed help and offered right away. Sasha was a pro at suggesting great gifts for my family. Regardless of how busy the store was, Sasha was very patient and attentive with me. After picking out gifts for my family, I noticed the perfume section and facial cleansers/moisturizers. Syd offered help right away and gave me plenty of suggestions for skincare that suited my family's needs. The most fun was picking out perfumes together as the scents were so unique, I had to treat myself. Syd understood the assignment in terms of which scent profile was best for me and gave me the absolute best suggestions. If I spent just a few more minutes shopping with Syd I'm sure I would have left with at least 2 more fragrances, and a new friend, lol! And obviously I had to go home with a bunch of sticky dates products for myself and family because why not.The Lust and Turmeric Latte perfumes lasted me all day and night which is #1 important. I cannot wait to go back to see even more sexy and unique scents. Lastly, the 2 gentlemen at the register were noticeably busy, however they both took their time to have a conversation with me about my exciting products, which made me feel even happier about the products I chose to purchase. Kudos to Syd & Sasha and everyone else working yesterday for making my first experience at this location the best one I've had so far during this busy season.

I went in to pick up some things I needed and a gift for a friend, and while looking moderately confused, a super friendly voice asked if I needed any help -- which I definitely did! Sasha had such great energy and gave me so many great ideas -- the things that she picked, which I never would have picked on my own all turned out GREAT!!! I have new favorite items from Lush!!! Sasha and Alex were both so knowledgable, kind, and just gave the whole experience such a great vibe! And Alex did beautiful work with making an "unbag" from the material Sasha picked out -- which my friend loved!!! Best experience I've had at a Lush!!!

The people are the best part of the experience- very accepting, open-minded, polite employees who did nothing but provide me good customer service and their full assistance when needed. Kalani Carzola is one of the best cashiers I've ever met, so kind and knowledgeable on the perfect body soaps and shampoos for me to use! The rest of the staff is wonderful too, all very helpful and fun personalities, but Kalani's work proved exceptional. This positive Google review is nothing but utterly deserved!
