I’ve been going to this place for about 2 to 3 years to get my layers trimmed every time, and all of their stylists do a really good job! I have personally had my haircuts done by Desi, Selma, and Ronnie and they always do a phenomenal job. This time I went in to get my hair dyed. And they did AMAZE! I got my hair done by Natalia. I went in wanting a balayage, but she did give me more of like a highlight look, but I still ended up LOVINGG it, and it looked really AMAZE. I would highly recommend Natalia for anyone looking to get highlights! Overall, love this place :)

The representative that answered the phone asked her peers if they offered Brazilian Blowouts and two of them said “yes”. Then, she echoed their response and I proceeded to book an appointment over the phone for a Brazilian Blowout at 1:00 pm. Upon my arrival to the salon, I informed the gentleman at the front that I was there for my one o’clock appointment for a Brazilian Blowout. Then, I asked if the African American hair stylist was available (she gave me a haircut once and she is great) she walked to the front and informed me that she was fully booked. I stated that I wanted to make sure that I get someone that knows what they’re doing and don’t want anyone to experiment with my hair since I’m getting a Brazilian Blowout. The gentleman and another lady reassured me that I was in good hands. Cecilia walked me to the chair and I repeated that I wanted a Brazilian Blowout and she confirmed that was the service. She explained the advantages of getting a Brazilian Blowout and the steps. Once she completed the service, I walked to the register and checked in on the system. She charged me $211 and I applied a 20% tip. A few days have gone by, it is now December 11, 2025, I washed my hair and it’s flat… absolutely no volume whatsoever. I called the salon at the 10:19 am and Rose answered the phone. I shared my experience with her and asked to speak with a manager to address the situation. She informed me that they do not offer Brazilian Blowouts and that they only offer Keratin Treatments. I decided to stop by the salon in person at 11:00 am to speak to Rose in person and show what my hair looks like. She reassured me that she shared the information with the salon lead via text and that they would contact me soon. I received a missed call from the salon lead, Desi at 11:53 am and I returned her call at 11:58 am. When she answered the phone, I introduced myself and shared the details of my experience. She tried to deflect and mentioned that I was told in February at the St Cloud, FL location that they didn’t offer Brazilian Blowouts. I told her… what does that have to do with the fact that your employees confirmed that you now offer the Brazilian Blowout when I called in advance and they confirmed upon my arrival. There were employees who witnessed me inquiring and those who confirmed. She then told me that she is going to escalate this to the regional leader and they will be in contact with me soon. It’s disappointing to see the lack of accountability! What a waste of time! I wish I would’ve gone to a more professional salon that knows what they’re doing… it would’ve been worth it.
