We had an appointment scheduled for a haircut for a 4-year-old girl. We were received by a Latina woman at the counter whose attitude was incredibly rude and dismissive from the start. When she couldn't immediately find the appointment, she treated us as if we were incompetent, even though the error was clearly the system's. When the appointment finally appeared, her response was evasive ('Sometimes the system takes time'). I complained about her poor attitude, and instead of apologizing, she turned her back on me and told her colleagues: 'Someone else can take care of these people, I'm not going to do it.' This treatment was completely humiliating and offensive. Fortunately, one of her colleagues took over and served us with respect. She did a good job and we were satisfied with the little girl's haircut. My low rating is due solely and exclusively to the unacceptable and offensive treatment from the woman who greeted us. It is regrettable that someone with that attitude works in customer service. For this reason, there is no chance that we will return to this location.

I received a Coupon from Great Clips but this place's level of Customer Service or willing to help is always poor.... No one was willing to help and they were all nasty towards my question asking about the coupon. They did not offer a will to help or a number to call to find out, they just laughed and say "we won't know your coupon will work until the end".... Last time I ever come to this place, these old women are always cranky and pissed at everyone with a question. At the end I got my Haircut with Rebecca... Amazing Lady from Maryland who was so sweet and got me a great Haircut, so she gets 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 but that ISA lady definitely deserves this low star review.
