  I am writing on behalf of my best friend, who today had a very disappointing experience at Blowzonerosé. As a business owner myself, I found this situation particularly upsetting and concerning. She was originally quoted $350 for a full set of highlights when booking her appointment. While she was happy with how her hair coloring turned out, she was shocked at checkout when the total came to nearly $700. At no point during the service was she informed that the price would increase or that additional charges were being added. Transparency is extremely important, especially for services at this price point. If her hair required extra product or additional services, this should have been clearly communicated beforehand so she could make an informed decision. She did speak with the owner, but unfortunately, the situation was not resolved in a way that felt fair given the original quote. Although the quality of the hair coloring itself was good, the lack of upfront pricing and clear communication left a very negative impression. This feedback is not intended to harm the business; rather, it is meant to highlight a practice that needs improvement. Clear communication and transparency are essential to avoid giving customers the impression that they are being taken advantage of. As someone close to her, and as a business owner, I believe it is important to share this experience so other customers are aware. I would strongly recommend that future clients ask for a detailed breakdown and confirm pricing before services begin to avoid unexpected surprises.

  I love Blow Zone Rose! Omer did an amazing job with my hair ! It was such a fun artistic creative hair updo ! Also, Deniz did a fabulous job doing my makeup! I feel like a queen! Thanks so much for taking such great care of me !

  Stumble across this salon for a birthday blow out. The best blow out I have had in a long time. The owner is amazing and so kind. I thought it was just a blow bar but no they are a full service salon now! I’ll be going for my weekly blow outs now. I had Omar cut my hair and just let him do his magic and my hair cut came out amazing!

  Today was my bridal shower and our experience we was 10/10 incredible. My friend saw Rose for her blowout and I saw Berna. Equally amazing woman and stylists. We had espresso in cute little teacups and just overall had a great time. Our blowouts were insanely beautiful. I will always recommend them and they also do more than just blowouts, they have an amazing and professional team. Add photos

  Omar did a fabulous haircut for me to cut off my damaged ends and then took his time shaping the angles and lines to fit my face, before a keratin treatment that came out so nice. It has made styling my hair so much easier. Omar is super talented. He takes his time and pays attention to details. I also love the blowout he does for me. 👍🏻
