The last 4 haircuts I had I’ve needed to come back in for an adjustment cause they didn’t do it well. I went in for a haircut showing a picture of the haircut I wanted and I gave very clear instructions that I wanted the top very short. They barely cut anything off the top & I had to go back in for an adjustment. I told a different barber that I wanted it short on the top again and they did everything but cut the top. Ironic cause the entire time she was doing the adjustment she was complaining about how bad of a job the other barber cut my hair, yet she didn’t follow my instructions at all either. So strong evidence my complaint is valid because a barber that works at this location acknowledged to me that my haircut was done very poorly when I went in earlier that day. She also asked what my race was which I thought was a weird question because what does that have anything to do with getting a haircut? Even the adjustment didn’t do what I asked for & the barber seemed confused. I should’ve known I’ll admit because fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me, but never again with this place

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
