- SBSusan BarryAug 28, 20252.010 years going to this location. Why I keep going back is beyond me. Every other visit constantly get a hairdresser that does not listen to what I want. Request to review other notes from hairdressers review with them.They say they understand then they don't cut that way. Very disappointing that I have to wait six months to grow my hair out to try to get the cut again. Great Clips tend to hire people that are distracted in their job and treat the job as a nothing job. Customer experience poor 😢

It has been 8 months since I let you guys ruin my hair And I will make sure everyone knows to stay away from Great Clips if they actually like their hair. Please tell your stylist hey need to listen to their clients instead of being salespeople. My stylist is stick skinny with kids. I'm A fat girl with no kids. In what universe would cutting All of my hair off be a good idea? (I say the no kids part Because I am single with no kids so I have a lot going for me And this is not the time in my life a short easy haircut 🙄) I came in for a trim and she convinced me to cut my hair off and that I would love it and never want to go back. I have prayed for 8 months to go back. As soon as she cut all of my hair off I started crying and she told me It was just because I was not used to it. Like I said it has been 8 months, Thankfully my hair has grown out a little but can somebody please tell her how wrong she was And make sure nobody goes through this again ? I paid you guys fifteen dollars to Hate looking at myself in the mirror for 8 months My Original review:"Didnt ask me anything about my routine or my life before recommending a haircut. It should be a given to ask your client simple questions but you get what you pay for I guess🤷♀️ I asked for a style I didnt have to style and what I got is the exact opposite. My hair needs more work than ever because of the recomended cut. I think if the stylist would have asked questions then we could have figured out this style is not for me. I'm excited for my hair to grow back and be out of this nightmare."

- ASAlayna ShoemakerJul 26, 20253.07/30/2025 Update: The Salon owner named Stella called me and offered me some compensation for the miscommunication regarding the pricing on my style that Tabitha provided without my request, but then two hours later called me back and left me a voicemail message with another lower offer. I hope to get this resolved as I have reached out and left her two voicemails without any response. So I feel like I'm being avoided as the squeaky wheel trying to get this situated. 7/26/2025: Tabitha was amazing but the cost of the haircut and style was very misleading. My best friend and I went to get our hair trimmed together today and she paid for my services. Then when my stylist was done with my hair it cost an additional $51 for the long hair style which was then discounted to $31 due to my discussion with her. As I ended up tipping her twice and the prices are very misleading! As I have never paid $60 for a haircut in the past. We probably won't go back to this salon in the future.
