  While visiting Bal Harbour Shoppes, my wife and I wandered into Diptyque without any intention of making a purchase. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with genuine warmth and respect. The fragrances were so captivating that we couldn’t leave without choosing a perfume for each of us. Patricia, the boutique manager, was absolutely delightful. She made us feel like family, sharing the rich history of Diptyque and demonstrating the brand’s commitment to exceptional service. Her attentiveness and knowledge made the experience unforgettable. If you’re looking for a special gift or simply want to treat yourself, I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Diptyque at Bal Harbour.   The Baies, Tubéreuse, and Roses candles are beautifully designed and add a sophisticated touch to any space. The glass vessels are elegant, and the scents are well-crafted with a refined, timeless feel. Baies and Tubéreuse both smell wonderful while lit—fresh, elegant, and true to their descriptions. They create a soft ambiance that’s perfect for smaller rooms or quiet moments. However, the fragrance throw is very subtle. When unlit, there’s little to no detectable scent, and even when burning, the scent remains close and gentle rather than filling the space. That said, the customer service is outstanding. They were responsive and very helpful, something I deeply appreciate.

  Patricia and the team are one of a kind. I personally choose to buy from this store/location in lieu of the website because the customer service is top tier. I have messaged Patricia a couple times and she always responds in a timely manner. She and her team are always willing to help me with my purchases. She has great recommendations and always goes above and beyond. Everyone is friendly and really looks out for their customers. I cannot recommend this location enough!

  If you’re looking for the best luxury candle experience look no further. Nadine, Angelina, and the entire staff at Diptyque Bal Harbor, are the absolute best there is. I highly recommend them.

  I’ve been coming to Diptyque at Bal Harbor for some years now. I know I can buy the the perfumes elsewhere but I keep coming back to this specific location because of Lina. She’s one of the best associates I’ve worked with at any store. I’ve even had my brother from California order from this location from Lina. She’s great! Always with a smile, great attention to detail and makes everything personal with favorite colors or scents. She makes recommendations that fit your desires and offers suggestions based on your typical choices and even offers options that you typically wouldn’t think of. Plus she’s got great style and purple hair. She’s a gem! Also the scents at the store are great and always have amazing gifts too!
