I clearly requested ONLY the tips, showed him about half an inch, and he verbally confirmed it right before cutting. Despite that, he cut around 4 inches off my hair. That alone is unacceptable, but it gets worse. The haircut is uneven, with one entire side significantly shorter than the other. This is not a “styling preference” issue — it is poor, careless work. I have been growing my hair out for over a year, and that time and effort were destroyed in one appointment because he did not listen or did not care. Cutting off several inches without consent is a serious breach of trust. I left feeling shocked, upset, and completely dissatisfied. If you value your hair, your time, or being listened to, do not book with Joseph.
