  While I was in town visiting, I was able to experience a fantastic time at this salon. The layout is great and has a modern, inviting look. Keli, the Salon Leader, was very personable and truly enhanced the experience. The services being performed here are top-notch, and every guest walking out looked fantastic. Thank you!

  I really wish I could like this location. It is close and has convenient hours. I've had a couple of okay cuts there, but this last one cured me from going back to this particular store. I was a walk in, so it was a bit luck of the draw which stylist I got. Just wanted a quick cut and to move on w my day. The stylist seemed really nice. The cut seemed not amazing, but not terrible when I left the store, but when I went home and looked at the back and sides, the cut is uneven in ways that don't even make sense. It almost feels like it was intentionally bad. I'm going to have to wear it up until it grows out enough to go somewhere else to fix it. I always leave a good tip. 33%. Anyone have any recommendations?

  Awful place! Burned my hair during highlights and refused to take any accountability. My hair strands were ripping into pieces like soft tissue paper, completely liquified. The color was completely off too. I was gaslit by the stylist- Nati, she was pretending everything was fine and blaming me at the same time- then said it was because my hair had “split ends” The rest of the employees offered 0 assistance and refused to call the manager on the phone. Manager refused to speak to me and told me I was to pay 50 dollars less than the $250 I was told originally, and to contact her the next day. My hair is destroyed and I will be suing this disgusting establishment. Avoid at all costs!! UPDATES- the comment back from management is disgusting!! The stylists’ faces when they saw my hair ripped to shreds was all that was needed. I have videos of my hair ripping like wet noodles at the salon, I will absolutely be suing you! I didn’t even receive a phone call back from this awful salon. “Give us a call”. Yea okay you have my phone number! Worst customer service ever. Atrocious staff!

  Don't look any further for a Hair Stylist, I FOUND HER !!!!!! Recently went to Hair Cuttery in Aventura because the one near me was closed. I've been coming here on and off for years. Now, I'm glad they closed and I ended up in MARYNELA's EXCELLENT hands! I have long hair and keep it that way. And I'm very loyal to someone when they do as I ask when it comes to getting a trim or reshaping. Before meeting Marynela , I had two other people that said yeah yeah I can do that... And they both took off more than I asked, and did not do anything near what I wanted. So I had to let it grow back. My hair does not grow fast and had been growing it out for a long time. So, this was Extremely frustrating. Then I went to aventura and sat in the chair of Marynela. I told her what had happened, and she took the time to listen to the whole story. Then reassured me, that if she couldn't do EXACTLY what I was asking - then she wouldn't even touch it. So right away I appreciate the honesty. We talked a little more, I let her know exactly what I was looking for and that I could keep coming back to reshape as needed. End results , MARYNELA is PHENOMENAL !!!!!!! I highly recommend her, and in fact won't let ANYONE else touch my hair. I've been back there a few times so far, to fix the damage that was done by other hair stylists.
