  I had the most amazing experience at the Chanel store thanks to Brett! I’ve never worn Chanel makeup before and had ordered the wrong shades online. When I came into the store, Brett greeted me right away and made me feel completely welcome. He patiently helped me find my perfect shades in Le Teint, Les Beiges, and Les Beiges Touch — and I ended up purchasing all three foundations in the right match. I also purchased the powder blush, highlighter, corrector, and some brushes, and I’m so happy with everything. Each product looks flawless and feels so luxurious. If you’re visiting this location, ask for Brett! He’s knowledgeable, kind, and truly fantastic to work with.

  Nice store, however the “director” of the store is extremely rude, condescending and lacks knowledge on their own products. I asked if the skincare was pregnancy safe and everything went downhill afterwards. Chanel, Please train your employees to learn about their overpriced products they’re trying to force us to buy and how to speak to customers who are genuinely looking for guidance before buying the products. Won’t be coming back.
