The haircuts are consistently perfect. The reason for a 4-star rating is their ‘online check-in’ is almost always incorrect on the app. It changes timing and will, sometimes be increased as time passes. We check-in and always arrive 5-6 min. later since we live around the corner and many times the time on the list has increased.
