The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely made me feel taken care of. Even the little details stood out, like the robes—they were so soft and comforting, almost like a gentle weighted hug. My esthetician was amazing—so kind, easy to talk to, and clearly passionate about what she does. She made the entire facial feel personalized and relaxing from start to finish. I walked out feeling completely refreshed, calm, and genuinely rejuvenated. It’s rare to feel that level of relaxation, and they absolutely delivered. I’ll definitely be back—this place is something special.

My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting the Woodhouse Spa in Altamonte just before their grand opening at the end of April, and we were blown away! From the moment we walked in, the attention to detail and luxury were evident everywhere. The staff was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive – they made us feel truly pampered and welcome. The facility itself is beautiful, with a calm and elegant atmosphere that immediately helps you relax. We especially loved the thoughtful touches: plush welcome robes waiting for us, personalized name placards in the locker room, and a gorgeous waiting area complete with a cozy fireplace and refreshing drinks. The massage experience was top-notch. Being on a heated padded table made it even more relaxing and comfortable – it felt like pure bliss. Everything was clean, high-end, and thoughtfully designed. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and already planning our next visit once they officially open. If you’re in the Altamonte area, this spa is going to be a must-visit. Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in, Nicole made me feel completely welcomed and at ease. She greeted me so warmly and thoughtfully—even going the extra mile to have my favorite beverage ready, which immediately made me feel cared for and valued. That level of attention set the tone for the entire visit. My meditative mood soak along with scalp massage and reflexology treatment with Rhia was nothing short of amazing. She took the time to make sure I felt informed and comfortable, explaining things in a way that helped me relax even more. Her technique was exceptional—her attention to detail, intuitive touch, and focus on healing made it feel like so much more than just a massage. I left feeling educated, pampered, deeply relaxed, and genuinely restored. The ambiance throughout the spa was absolutely beautiful. Every detail created a sense of calm and luxury—from the soothing environment to the peaceful transitions between spaces. When you step inside you feel like you are stepping into a 5 star luxury hotel, you are given a hot hand towel before your treatment, along with a luxurious robe and slippers. They do not rush you, you can lounge in one of the lounge rooms, drink infused water or tea and enjoy snacks before and after your sessions. The sessions itself was amazing, my message therapist asked what type of pressure i enjoyed and if i had any medical history she should know about. I almost fell asleep and at the end all of the knots in my back were gone!! At the end she mentioned I was tense and dehydrated so I should be drinking more water (facts) Thank you to the amazing staff at Woodhouse Spa, I will be back!!!

Jaime did both my deep tissue and gua sha massage, and he was incredible—super skilled, attentive, and really focused on relieving tension. I left feeling noticeably looser, refreshed, and overall just so much better. The entire experience was top tier from start to finish. The quiet room was beautiful and so relaxing, with snacks and water available while you unwind. The manager was extremely helpful and accommodating, and the front desk girl was so kind and welcoming—she even greeted me with a warm towel for my hands, which was such a nice touch. They truly nailed all the little details that make this brand special. It felt just like any other Woodhouse location in the best way. I’ll definitely be back!

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. The Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
We accept guests of all ages, however, some services may require parental release before the services can be rendered. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and The Woodhouse Day Spa Gift Cards. The Woodhouse Day Spa® gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and The Woodhouse Day Spa® is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit.
There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed.
Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In keeping with The Woodhouse Vision, purity and quality are essential elements in our skin and body care products. In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
