  I love the girls at Altamonte Springs Salon Centric, they're always helpful. The store is always immaculate. Well, stocked, and they're always letting me know what's new with a sample of something new that I come back to buy. And i've even gone up and sat through some educational classes that were free through my app at this store. Diana and Debbie do a wonderful job at this store.

  I had an extremely uncomfortable experience at this location today. I was followed throughout the store in an obvious and unnecessary way, which made it very clear I was being racially profiled. For context, I am a licensed professional who works at a neighboring business inside Sola Salons and pay $2,500 a month for my suite. I was simply shopping for professional supplies like I normally do. There was absolutely no reason for the level of surveillance I experienced. I should be able to walk into a beauty supply store five minutes from my place of business without being made to feel suspicious, unwelcome, or embarrassed. This experience was disrespectful and unacceptable. Because of this, I will be ordering directly from company websites or Cosmoprof moving forward. I will also be contacting SalonCentric corporate to formally report this incident. Do better. Professionals deserve respect.

  This is my favorite location, it’s always super clean and organized. I haveee to give a huge shoutout to Stephanie. She is always ready to help and makes great conversation. Very welcoming, I went in on I believe Sept 23 and she signed me up for ProRewards, which I didn’t know about, and now I have credit in my account! There was a Redken sale, so as expected there was a low supply of some things (at no fault of theirs), and when I asked if they had any of one of the shampoos in the back, she let me know there werent any left, but went right on the computer to look at any other location that might have it. She always always always goes out of her way to help the customer, has excellent customer service, and is the reason I drive out to Altamonte. I live closer to Orange City, but will always make the trip to come to this one. Thanks Stephanie!!!!!
