  Have had 2 great visits to the Revival IV Lounge. The staff is quick and efficient. They answer all my questions . I recommend this place.

  I was very unhappy with this visit. I have been getting B-12 shots for years, the second and last time at Revival IV Lounge. Why? Because the syringe which I was told did not come pre-filled had very little product in it. When I questioned the person who was about to administer it about whether she had to fill the syringe or if it came pre-filled, I was told she had to fill it herself. I was severely short-changed on my B-12 injection and to say that I'm unhappy about it would be an understatement. I purchased 4 injections on a Groupon and used 2 of them. I will not redeem the remaining two because I did not receive the service I should have received not a full dose as I should have received. As I had previously on my first visit and in comparison to other visits at another place I had gone to. Due to the location being close to my job I thought I would give them a try but I made an err in judgement. Please do better.

  The Place Is great the service the attention I highly recommend it to everybody. We go there every month and always is a great experience.
