I was never informed that I could not open the case so as I am looking through the colognes, the cashier scolds me indicating “ that areas for employees only!” Speaking over a client she was working with. Then 2 male employees rush over to me acting as I was committing a crime. My goodness - we were all taken back and embarrassed- then and the under the breath comment one of them made while “helping” my girls- no class Hey Sephora employees- just so you know- 2 of the young ladies you treated as such tonight just lost their mom a few months ago - they were super excited to be out shopping so they could get a nice birthday gift for their dad- Super disappointed 👎
