    I had an extremely uncomfortable experience at this location today. I was followed throughout the store in an obvious and unnecessary way, which made it very clear I was being racially profiled. For context, I am a licensed professional who works at a neighboring business inside Sola Salons and pay $2,500 a month for my suite. I was simply shopping for professional supplies like I normally do. There was absolutely no reason for the level of surveillance I experienced. I should be able to walk into a beauty supply store five minutes from my place of business without being made to feel suspicious, unwelcome, or embarrassed. This experience was disrespectful and unacceptable. Because of this, I will be ordering directly from company websites or Cosmoprof moving forward. I will also be contacting SalonCentric corporate to formally report this incident. Do better. Professionals deserve respect.

    Very disappointing. - I will not be returning to a store that can’t even tell me a price I went into this store to ask if they had a shampoo that I’ve been looking for and wanted to know the price The lady that was there at that time, around 4:30 pm, said she couldn’t tell me the price that had to have the app to look it up Then she asked if I had a license if not, I had to leave immediately that I couldn’t be in the store. She said it in a rude way. Like she was mad She belittled me. FYII, I do have a license been a cosmetologist for many years but won’t be returning to this store. Your employee needs some customer service skills

    I went here yesterday Morning to pick up an online order. It usually takes 2 hours for the order to be ready so I was skeptical walking in at 9am to pick up my order when I just did my order the night before however the woman at the counter had my order ready. I didn't catch her name but she's a middle age caucasian woman with wine color hair. She was very nice she had my order ready I love people like this always ready. She even schooled me a little bit on my new blow dryer which I thought was really nice.

    I really prefer Salon Centric over CosmoProf but I may need to reconsider. I couldn't believe how rude the "manager" Debra was! She needs an attitude check and perhaps a job that doesn't involve dealing with people. I definitely will not return to this location.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
