- LQL M QuilesAug 24, 20251.0I came in to have my highlights touched up and to go lighter. Instead, the stylist bleached my roots and applied full highlights, which left my hair a mix of white, yellow, orange, brown, and blonde. To cover this, she applied a gloss, which did not improve the result. When I expressed that it needed to be fixed immediately, she applied a reddish-brown semi-permanent color all over, leaving me with dark hair—the opposite of what I requested. On top of this, I was charged for the full highlights, root bleaching, and gloss, even though I did not receive the service I requested. I paid nearly three times the cost of a single-color service and left with hair I am very unhappy with. Not only did I not receive the blonde highlights I asked for, but now I will have to spend additional time and money to correct and rebuild the highlights I originally had. This is a sad situation for me because I have been going to this salon for more than 10 years.
