Headed there after an hour and it said 42 minutes. Waited 20 more minutes and it said 46 minutes. Needless to say, I left. Decided to try again today as it's the last day of the coupon. Checked in and it said 27 minutes. Got there 20 minutes later and it said 21 minutes. Waited another 40 minutes for my turn, which was supposed to be next, but gave up as I needed to leave and still had no idea when I would actually have my haircut. I've been coming here for over 4 years, but now I'll be going elsewhere.

I’m sure it’s nothing to do with the employees. They’re all very nice, but corporate should do something for inconvenience, going to event ruff now.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
