I’m sure it’s nothing to do with the employees. They’re all very nice, but corporate should do something for inconvenience, going to event ruff now.

It told me 45 minutes today and after waiting 80 minutes two of the three stylists left in a store with maybe eight chairs and it told me I still had 22 minutes left so I got up and left Generally pretty reasonable cut for the price but not worth the Time

I am speaking for all women when I say this man does not care about you, your hair, or your feelings and you should not be polite to these guys like I was today. Not only was I forced into a bizzare and uncomfortable conversation I tried multiple times to steer us out of about slaughtering animals for the sake of not just me but everyone else inside, but he never once asked what I wanted done to my hair. I tried to tell him despite not being asked. He was so caught up on disregarding my concerns about how a medication I am on caused 50% of my hair to fall out and how I shouldn't care because I still have thick hair that he was not hearing me say that I have been growing out my layers because my hair is so thin now I did not want my layers anymore. I told him I wanted a dead end trim of 1 inch. He demand 3 inches and cut off closer to 6. He also put in layers. He dry cut my hair which snagged and pulled it. The whole thing was a crazy hack job that was not even remotely level. Probably because he cut the whole thing above my head and didnt try to level it. Ultimately I drove to Lake City to have another stylist fix it which required more length to come off bevause of how uneven and terrible of a job he did and so today I lost over a foot of length I have been growing out for two years and was just finally able to enjoy. All to start over because I foolishly thought I could get a dead end trim. Maby he should go back to slaughtering animals. This is not his destiny.

She asked for a layered/butterfly cut and they perfected it! Very happy with the results!! I wish I got her name but she was a shorter woman with glasses and silver/blonde hair. She was very sweet!
